FRP

FRP (FRP), also known as GFRP, is fiber reinforced plastic. It generally refers to glass fiber reinforced plastic made of rubber coat, unsaturated resin and alkali-free glass fiber. It is a composite material that uses glass fibers and their products (glass cloth, felt, yarn, etc.) as reinforcement materials and synthetic resin as matrix materials.   1. Lightweight and high-strength

The relative density is between 1.5 and 2.0, only 1/4 to 1/5 of carbon steel, but the tensile strength is close to that of carbon steel, and the tensile, bending and compressive strength of the specially made high-strength FRP can reach more than 400Mpa.

  1. Corrosion resistance, wear resistance

FRP is a good corrosion-resistant material and has good resistance to atmospheric, water and general concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts, and a variety of oils and solvents. It has been applied to all aspects of chemical corrosion protection and is replacing traditional carbon steel, stainless steel, wood, non-ferrous metals, etc.

FRP has low thermal conductivity, at room temperature of 1.25~1.67kJ/(m·h·K), only 1/100~1/1000 of metal, making it an excellent thermal insulation material. It does not cause deformation and fission at ultra-high temperatures and ultra-low temperatures. It is an ideal thermal protection and ablation-resistant material under instantaneous ultra-high temperatures.

Good mechanical properties and dimensional stability can be maintained under long-term immersion of high-temperature steam and hot water.

  1. Easy to clean and easy to install

The surface of the fiberglass is made of high-quality rubber coat, with smooth surface and low texture, which can easily remove stains, which is conducive to the daily cleaning and maintenance of the product.

 

The production of fiberglass is mainly hand paste. Through manual operation, the shape of the product can be designed, with simple equipment and low cost; the product extrusion molding of machine is single, and the production of assembly lines greatly improves efficiency.
