1. Light Weight and high strength
Fiberglass panel performs four to five times lighter than steel, but significantly stronger. Tensile strength 90-130MPa, bending strength 140-300MPa.
2. Corrosion resistance
FRP is an excellent corrosion resistant material, good resistance to acid, Alkali, salt and most organic matter, seawater and moisture. It is also resistant to microbial action, making it particularly suitable for use in environments prone to rain, humidity, coastal conditions, and exposure to corrosive substances.
3. Good dimensional stability
FRP panels maintain superior dimensional stability, ensuring that temperature fluctuations do not compromise their functionality. The change of temperature will not affect the normal switch function of FRP doors and windows.
4. Good weather resistance
FRP is a thermosetting polymer, resin cross-linked after the formation of a three-dimensional network of molecular structure, into an insoluble melt, preventing it from melting even when exposed to elevated temperatures. Additionally, it performs excellent low-temperature resistance, maintaining its integrity and performance in colder conditions.
5. Good insulation
FRP serves as an excellent insulating material. It remains impervious to electromagnetic waves and does not reflect radio waves, ensuring superior microwave transmission.
6. Colorful
FRP has high hardness, can be painted with a variety of paint, made of various colors of windows and doors, to adapt to different styles and levels of building facade effect.

Structures
Gel-coat
The surface of the FRP PANEL is sealed by Gel coating, which can effectively resist ultraviolet radiation and weathering. Poor quality fiberglass reinforced plastic surfaces are prone to cracking, especially white panels, which are susceptible to ultraviolet radiation. The surface of the fiberglass site will reflect more light than other areas. The use of high-quality Gel coat to improve the material's UV resistance and color durability, while increasing the gloss of the surface of the plate and making the surface not appear pores, cracking, scratches and other phenomena thus form a very beautiful and striking appearance. The gel coat also provides greater resistance to corrosion and can be cleaned.
Fiberglass
Anche imported from abroad using glass fiber mat and fiber cloth, and resin bonding stronger, more soluble in styrene, at the same time anche products high strength, light weight, good toughness. The characteristics of good impact resistance are also well displayed.
Resin
FRP uses high-quality thermosetting resin, which has excellent adhesion, no bubbles, and is not easy to crack.
